RFP Description
Location: California. The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department, Power Delivery Division, is seeking bids from qualified printing vendors to provide as-needed printing, copying, assembly, and delivery services for circuit maps and related drawing packages. Services may include printing or copying maps and drawings, three-hole punching, inserting divider sheets, collating and assembling document sets, rolling drawings, securing rolled drawings with rubber bands, inserting drawing sets into PWP-provided hanging folder clamps, and delivering completed orders to designated PWP locations. The awarded bid will be used to establish a contract for up to three years. Bidders must include all costs necessary to perform the required services in the unit prices submitted through the City’s eProcurement Portal. Actual order quantities may vary based on City needs.
