RFP Description
Location: California. As fiduciary for the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (NCRIC) the County of San Mateo is seeking quotations for the renewal of NCRIC's software, services, and support related to products from Adobe. Specifically: 100 seats of Adobe Acrobat Pro for Enterprise, 10 seats of Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, and 2x 1000 Adobe Acrobat Sign for Enterprise. The Adobe VIP number associated with this contract is: 25E12019CA9017C2642A Please complete the Pricing Bid Table in section 3 and please also upload your competitive quotation including accurate lead times as well as any applicable freight and delivery costs for the items listed. Cost, conformity to specifications of goods, and product availability will be considered. After an evaluation of all quotations, a County purchase order is expected to be issued in association with the lowest, responsive bid received from a qualified, responsible, and manufacturer/publisher authorized vendor.
