RFP Description

Location: California. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, the demolition, earthwork, and construction for concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, ADA-compliant curb ramps, pavement, and storm drainage improvements. Pavement rehabilitation work includes milling, the placement of hot mix asphalt (HMA), rubberized hot mix asphalt (RHMA-G), stress absorbing membrane interlayer (SAMI), the application of pavement seal coats, and Class 2 Aggregate Base, per plan. Additional improvements include the installation of street lighting, electrical, permanent signage, striping, and curb painting, as well as the adjustment of utility structures to grade and the implementation of all required stormwater protection and traffic control measures.
