RFP Description

Location: California. The City is seeking a contractor to perform services for the upgrade of mechanical systems at the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant and Los Robles Greens Golf Course. At the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant, work shall include replacement of all controls and control system components with new at various buildings. New controls to be installed at select buildings. Replacement of exhaust fans, with associated structural and roofing work, and replacement of VFDs. At the Los Robles Greens Golf Course, work shall include replacement of the existing chiller and pump with new equipment, and the replacement of the existing gas-fired boiler and HHW pump with new equipment. In addition, a new air-cooled split system VRF to provide supplemental cooling to the kitchen and dishwasher room. All existing HVAC system controls to be replaced with new. “Gardens” buildings to have all new controls added.
