RFP Description
Location: JBSA Lackland, Texas. Set-Aside: Women-Owned Small Business. This project is to address multiple issues that have developed along Carswell Street that have needed repairs, modifications, and additions to stabilize the road and minimize water ponding, potholes and other surface improvements that made the road unsafe for driving conditions.
