The identified specialist from WellSpan Health is uniquely qualified to perform the specific novel interventional cardiology procedures described in the Statement of Work, having co-developed many of them through prior collaborations with NHLBI, and is required for continuity of operations at the NIH Clinical Center. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (insert current circular number and date). (iv) The associated NAICS code is 621111 (Offices of Physicians, except Mental Health Specialists), and the small business size standard is $16.0 million.
