RFP Description
Location: Silver Spring, Maryland. This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Solicitation number 75F40126Q00171 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for CTP Advertising Data Monitoring Subscription and Training. If an item in this solicitation is identified as "brand name or equal," the purchase description reflects the characteristics and level of quality that will satisfy the Governments needs. The salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics that "equal" products must meet are specified in the solicitation.
