RFP Description
Location: Fort Hood, Texas. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). Please note that this sources sought notice may go inactive before the June 12, 2026 deadline. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The purpose of this notice is to determine if you - as a prosepctive contractor - are able to perform the needs of a this potential requirment. Do not worry about submitting pre-employements documentations or submiting anything that alludes to a quote. At this time documents of that nature are not neccesary. This sought sought is to see if the market is able to provide 3 treadmills and 3 ellipiticals that meet a certain set of specifications. Please see the atachments for more information such as brief summary of the requirement, scope of work and Period of performance. Statement of Work Salient Characteristics All questions must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM Central Time (UTC-5) on 5 June, 2026, to both the Contract Specialist and the Contract Officer at the email addresses below.
