RFP Description
Location: Naval Air Station JRB, Texas. Amendment 0002 is hereby issued to add: attached questions and answers regarding the requirement. All other Terms, Conditions, and Line Items remain the same. Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to add H.15 - Transition of Services and Continuity of Care, H.16 - Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Attachment11-Quality Assurance Plan, and 52.222 - 90 - Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (APR 2026).All other Terms, Conditions, and Line Items remain the same. THIS AMENDMENT EXTENDS THE SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE/TIME TO: 06/12/2026 - 14:00 CT US/Central This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15BFA026R00000004 is issued as a Request for proposal (RFP) for Comprehensive Medical Services. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii) Please see Section B in the attached solicitation for details regarding Line-Items. (iii) No brand name requirements for the items are to be acquired.
