RFP Description
Location: Cleveland, Ohio. Renovate Operating Rooms, Project 541-19-101 Project will renovate 22,000 square feet of the current operating room suite providing a new HVAC system and it addresses other identified condition gaps at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center (VAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to Renovate Operating Rooms at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center (VAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106. The project magnitude for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The NAICS code for this project is 236220. The business size standard is $45 million. All work shall be conducted in complete accordance with the specifications, drawings and terms of the contract. All work shall be coordinated with the Veterans Affairs (VA) Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). All Offerors shall insert your bid(s) in the appropriate block(s) on the attached sheet titled "SF 1442 Continuation. Proposal(s) will be evaluated based on Past Performance and Price. Site Visit and place of performance is at Louis Stokes VA Medical Center (VAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, VA Administration Building Lobby, Cleveland, OH 44106. An organized site visit will be conducted - see solicitation attachment titled "SITE VISIT INFORMATION". Cut-off date and time to submit Requests for Information (RFI) is 06-03-2026 at 12:00 PM EST. RFIs shall be emailed to Stanley Burdine at stanley.burdine@va.gov. This project is a 100% Un-Restricted Procurement. All bidders must be verified in VETBIZ and registered in SAM at the time of the offer due date and the time of award in order to be eligible for award. For eligibility under the NAICS, see VAAR 852.219.10 paragraph for performance requirements. Public Law 105-339, Section 1534 provides "no agency may obligate or expend funds appropriated for the agency for a fiscal year to enter into a contract described in Section 4212(a) of Title 38 with a contractor from which a report was required under Section 4212(d) of that title with respect to the preceding fiscal year, if such contractor did not submit such report."
