RFP Description
Location: Boston, Massachusetts. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). The National Park Service, Northeast Region, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement at Boston National Historical Park, Charlestown, Massachusetts. The Work consists of providing all labor, qualified supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to consists rehabilitation of four buildings at Boston National Historical Park. Detailed Specifications and Drawings are provided with the solicitation documents. The estimated magnitude of the complete requirement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The site visit will be held on EDT All interested parties shall meet at Boston National Historical Park, in front of the USS Constitution Museum, adjacent to Dry Dock 1 in the Charlestown Navy Yard, Charlestown, MA. Parking is not available within Boston National Historical Park.
