RFP Description
Location: Warren, Michigan. This Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation, W912CH-26-Q-0005, will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for the procurement of the following: NOUN: WINDSHIELD WIPER ASSEMBLY NSN: 2540-01-683-8054 PART NUMBER:12651243/19207 QUANTITY: 61 EA* *100% option available Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via e-mail no later than Wednesday,17 June 2026 at 4:00pm EST to the Contract Specialist Robin Walker (robin.a.walker6.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer Katherine MacFarland (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with subject header: Proposal Submission-W912CH-26-Q-0005 (Company Name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.
