RFP Description

Location: Riverdale, North Dakota. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). On or about 19 June 2026, Government intends to issue a solicitation for Upper Basin Resident Office Renovations at Garrison Dam, North Dakota. The solicitation will close on or about 17 July 2026. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses. Project Description: This acquisition is a construction project to convert a portion of Garrison Powerplant's 6th floor drawing room into the Upper Basin Resident Construction Office. The scope of work will include a room divider, new offices, new carpet/flooring, and an evaluation of HVAC/ Electrical/Fire Protection/Communications Systems to determine if upgrades are needed. Estimated Construction Costs: The estimated construction cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
