The Fleet Support Team (FST) Materials Engineering Division located at the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), Naval Air Station (NAS), Jacksonville, FL, utilizes an Instron 68FM-300 Tensile Tester to conduct essential mechanical property testing for naval aircraft materials. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within five (5) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
