RFP Description

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). Amendment 00001 - The purpose of this amendment is to establish the closing date and time to Tuesday, 02 June 2026 @ 2:00PM CST for Bidder Inquiry Questions and Answers in ProjNet. ATTENTION Due to file sizes and SAM.gov limitations at the time of release, not all of the files that are needed are posted. The file: 1. Attachment J-2 Plan Set - VOL117 Railyard_Floodwall. Please email Jake Anderson and Ryan Larrison at the following emails and you will get a link to the file via DoD SAFE: jake.t.anderson@usace.army.mil ryan.r.larrison@usace.army.mil The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District has a requirement for a construction contract for the project known as: CEDAR RAPIDS FLOOD RISK MANAGEMENT PROJECT, REACH 1, SOUTH RAILYARD FLOODWALL. The work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition; temporary traffic control; clearing and grubbing; metal sheet pile and steel H-pile installation; toe drain installation; floodwall construction; watermain modifications; storm sewer installation; riprap, bedding stone and aggregate surfacing placement; seeding and site restoration. All contractor access by barge. NAICS: 237990 Size Standard: $45,000,000.00 Estimated Range: Between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00 Total Small Business Set Aside, Invitation for Bids (IFB) Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via ProjNet by 2:00 PM CST on 04 June 2026.
