RFP Description
Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, parts, supplies, equipment, permits, disposal, travel, and incidentals necessary to kill non-native weeds, remove trash and debris, and provide repair of the revegetation habitats and irrigation system in San Diego County to Caltrans. Bidder shall be a certified small business registered with the Department of General Services (DGS).
