RFP Description
Location: Massachusetts. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor required to disconnect utilities from existing restroom building, demolish the existing restroom building, prepare the site for a new precast concrete restroom building, provide and install new restroom, perform final utility connections, and construct walkways at Lake Siog, East Brimfield Lake, Holland, MA. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
