Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the updated Ordering Guide and remove the Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Plan submission and evaluation requirements from Sections L and M of the basic solicitation. Please note that the SCRM requirement is not being eliminated; rather, it is being shifted from the basic contract level to the task order level, as now detailed in the revised Ordering Guide (dated 19 May 2026). This update is a procedural and formatting change that only shifts the SCRM Plan submission from the basic contract to delivery order proposal submission; it is not considered a material change. The JFS is a back to back centrifugal compressor-turbine engine which provides shaft horsepower directly to the ADG. The ADG itself acts as an interface between the JFS and the Power Take-Off (PTO) shaft.
