RFP Description
Location: Fort Drum, New York. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for quote and no solicitation exists. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Drum, NY is seeking multiple Correctional Institutions inside the United States and within a 150 mile radius from Fort Drum, New York willing to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Pre and Post Trial Confinement under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 922140: Correctional Institutions. Confinement Facilities must be approved by the Federal Bureau of Prisons or United States Marshals Service, or, be accredited by the American Correctional Association (ACA) or New York State. Facilities must comply with the Department of Justice National Prison Rape Elimination Act Standards. Facilities must comply with the standards of treatment specified in Army Regulation 190-47, The Army Corrections System. These BPAs will be evaluated annually and may remain in place for up to five years. When establishing these BPAs the Government will consider price, past performance (where past performance information exists), and technical capabilities. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) under NAICS Code 922140. Representations and Certifications must also be on record. The registration is done through the System for Award Management website for free at https://www.sam.gov.
