RFP Description

Location: Virginia. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a solicitation for quotes/bids. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Caribbean Islands National Wildlife Refuge Complex, has identified a need for professional microbial assessment and remediation services within Quarters #1 at Culebra National Wildlife Refuge. Previous rehabilitation efforts identified the presence of microbial growth and moisture intrusion concerns within the structure. To ensure a safe and habitable environment, the Refuge requires comprehensive mold detection, remediation, and moisture mitigation plans and construction to address affected building materials and prevent future microbial growth. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and industry standards for mold remediation and indoor environmental quality. The contractor must show within the proposal relevant industry standards for mold remediation and indoor environmental quality and construction that Meet or Exceed; Contractor must show experience by demonstrate the ability to successfully complete as follows; all state and local law; provides appropriate within Puerta Rico. Furthermore, contractors shall review entity of the solicitation packet to include statement of work and associated attachments details to create a quote to the standard terms and conditions of the solicitation that will be made as a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract. The basis of contract will be on Price, as acceptability for this requirement below.
