Location: Phoenix, Arizona. Set-Aside: Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside (specific to Department of Interior and Indian Health Services). This requirement is under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) codes: 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, Small Business Size Standard: 1000 employees. This requirement is set-aside 100% Buy Indian (specific to Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services); wherein, Buy Indian means American Indian and Alaska Native Small businesses, in accordance with the criteria and size standards of 13 CFR Part 121. Indian Health Service (IHS) Phoenix Area Office (PAO), 40 North Central Ave., Phoenix, Arizona 85004-4424 has a requirement for Exam Room Chairs and Cabinets for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC).
