RFP Description
Location: Fussa-shi. The purpose of this BAA is to solicit fundamental (basic and applied) research collaboration of full proposals, as defined in National Security Decision Directive (NSDD) 189, National Policy on Transfer of Scientific, Technical and Engineering Information, 21 September 1985.
