Proposal Deadline Extension: The proposal submission window is now extended in order to allow interested offerors the ability to review the Q&A's to inform and aid in preparation of their proposals. Due to the demand for site visit, the Fairbanks CDA Station will be hosting a site visit for all interested offerors on Thursday, May 21 at 9:00 AM Alaska Daylight Time. If interested in attending the site visit, vendors must email your interest to NOAA Point of Contacts, Dan Johnson (daniel.l.johnson@noaa.gov), Charles Beaudreault (charles.beaudreault@noaa.gov) and Shabir Choudhary (shabir.choudhary@noaa.gov). When emailing, please be sure to include the following information: Name of company, emails and titles of all personnel planning to attend the site visit with the company. Note: All visitors must provide a government-issued ID to enter the site. Additional Attachments. Drawings of the Facilities Building and the Powerhouse are now attached for reference. Attachements are titled "FCDAS Facilities Building" and "FCDAS Power House" and are located in the attachments/links section of this posting. These drawings are only for familiarizing interersted offerors with the building floor plans; the notes and other information are not relevant to the Boiler Replacement requirement. 1. General Statement: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation Information: Solicitation Number: 1332KP26Q0033 Requirement: Replacement of two (2) non-operational boilers at the Fairbanks Command Data Acquisition Station (FCDAS), Fairbanks, AK. Procedures: This acquisition is conducted using Simplified Procedures (FAR 12.201-1). Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code: 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors). 3. Contract Terms and Conditions: The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. In accordance with FAR 12.205, required clauses are identified in the attached RFQ document. The following specific standards apply: Quality: See FAR 12.105 (detailed in PWS). Labor Standards: This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. Wage Determination AK20260001 (Building) is applicable and attached.
