RFP Description
Location: Atlantic City, New Jersey. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), is seeking qualified companies to perform materials compatibility laboratory test and evaluation services related technical expertise to assist the FAA Piston Aviation Fuels Initiative (PAFI) and Eliminate Aviation Gasoline Lead Emissions (EAGLE) programs. All work is to be completed in accordance with the solicitation attachments, specifications, terms and conditions. This acquisition is solicited to the full and open market. The NAICS code projected for this project is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services with a size standard of $19.0 million. The FAA contemplates award of a hybrid contract type with Firm Fixed Price for non-severable services and Labor Hours for severable services as a result of this solicitation. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the solicitation process. In accordance with Acquisition Management System (AMS) provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 1500 hrs. ET, June 18, 2026, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.
