RFP Description

Location: Georgia. The Government is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of providing repair services for the following item: National Stock Number (NSN): 6150?01?385?8223KV Part Number: 717720650?039 Nomenclature: Electrical Load Bank System: AN/AAM?80 Power Supply Test Station (PSTS), NSN 4920?01?141?0963KV, Part Number 717720600?029 Operational Context: Supports the Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting for Night (LANTIRN) Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Scope of Work The Government seeks contractors capable of performing comprehensive depot?level repair to return the Electrical Load Bank to a fully serviceable A condition. Repairs must ensure the unit meets all functional, performance, and reliability requirements necessary for operation within the AN/AAM?80 PSTS and the broader LANTIRN ATE environment. Required Contractor Capabilities Respondents must demonstrate the ability to: Perform disassembly, test, bench check, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair in accordance with applicable technical data, OEM specifications, and industry standards. Ensure all repaired Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) performance standards and are suitable for installation in next?higher assemblies. Utilize repair components that are equal to or superior to OEM parts, compliant with all drawings, manuals, handbooks, and specifications. Provide timely and accurate reporting in Commercial Asset VisibilityAir Force (CAV?AF). Meet all Turnaround Time (TAT) requirements as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Maintain high product quality and support the Governments objective to reduce Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs). Purpose of This RFI This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment by the Government. Responses will assist in determining: Availability of qualified repair sources Industry capability to meet technical and reporting requirements Potential acquisition strategies Requested Information from Respondents Interested contractors should provide: Company name, CAGE code, and point of contact Description of relevant repair capabilities and experience Evidence of ability to meet OEM specifications or equivalent standards Past performance on similar systems or NSNs Estimated repair capacity and TAT Any additional information supporting capability to perform the required services
