RFP Description
Location: Guam. The work for this project will construct (design-bid-build (DBB)) a two-story Battle Staff Training Facility (BSTF) building for the Third Marine Expeditionary Brigade Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) at Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Blaz, Guam, consisting of reinforced concrete foundation, exterior walls and flooring, windows, roofing, mechanical, electrical, emergency power and information systems appropriate to Guam's seismic and environmental conditions and designed to meet applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC). Support facilities include utilities, site improvements, emergency generator, access roads, parking, and incidental related work.
