Location: Maryland. This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source the following requirement. The Huntington Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), located at 1540 Spring Valley Drive seeks Preventive Maintenance and Services plan to cover Philips s Radiology equipment listed below. Equipment list/Service Plan: Ingenia Ambition X-Primary Ingenia Ambition X-Primary- Chiller Coverage Allura Xper FD20 Primary Service Plan Allura Xper FD20 Primary Supplemental Coverage Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement.
