RFP Description
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Industrial Base Extension (IBex) Program Capability and Capacity Determination Support for Market Idices. IBex was developed to support DOD operations in remote or hostile environments where little or no commercial capability information is known or exists. Bolstering DLAs ability to rapidly respond to shifting worldwide events, IBexs strategic partnerships with industry experts allows government planners to leverage the expertise of the commercial sector, and to gain access to those commercial capabilities if required. Moreover, through IBexs partnerships with industry and its Market Research reports, the program provides industrial base awareness over assets that can be utilized during a contingency or national emergency. This report is to provide in-depth information on Arctic PACE in the following countries: State of Alaska, highlighting the western tip including Attu Island and Eareckson Air Station Canada, north of 55 latitude only Greenland, highlighting the eastern coast of Greenland Iceland Faroe Islands
