RFP Description
Contractor shall furnish all labor, travel, supplies, materials, labels, manifests, packing absorbents, drum liners, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), tools, equipment, fees, and incidentals required to test, identify, reduce contamination, neutralize, remove, transport, and legally dispose of hazardous waste substances and other non-hazardous waste materials to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The services shall be performed at the Caltrans Transportation Laboratory (Translab), located at 5900 Folsom Boulevard, Sacramento, CA 95819, Sacramento County.
