RFP Description
Location: Louisiana. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). GIWW ? Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, Algiers Lock, New Maintenance Building, Orleans Parish, Louisiana; DESCRIPTION AND MAGNITUDE OF WORK: The work consists of selective demolition, construction of a new metal maintenance building with cast-in-place concrete foundation, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems; structural excavation and fill; driving prestressed concrete piles; removal and replacement of asphaltic concrete pavement including subbase course and base course; fertilizing, seeding and mulching; ductile iron waterline; sanitary sewer; and other related incidental work. MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT: BETWEEN $1,000,000 AND $5,000,000.
