RFP Description
Location: Virginia. Set-Aside: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set Aside. This contract is to provide support for classroom modernization efforts, basic facility maintenance and inspections for the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Training Center East (MSCTCE) co-location and utilization of the Transportation School facilities and training areas located on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia. The Transportation School is assigned to 12 separate buildings comprised of 37 classrooms, administrative, and storage spaces. Modernization of MITD classroom, facilities and training areas is a deliberate continual process, and with shared use by MSC, is critical to the overall safe and efficient training for Army Rail, Cargo Handling, Maritime Soldiers and MSC Civilian Mariners. Amendment #1 - Provided Instructions to Offferors and Evaluation Criteria. Extended Response Date. Amendment #2 - Added Pricing Worksheet and Wage Determination.
