RFP Description
Location: Frederick, Maryland. The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) is issuing this solicitation on an unrestricted basis to allow for full and open competition, as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Requirements are as follows: 1. SH-222 Benchtop T/H Chamber -20 to 150C (QTY: 4) 2. Roof top water tank 5L for SH-222 Benchtop T/H Chamber -20 to 150C (QTY: 4) 3. Continuous water supply (required for external tank supply, do not use with plumbed water) for SH-222 Benchtop T/H Chamber -20 to 150C (QTY:4) 4. Additional shelf for 222, 242 and 262 for SH-222 Benchtop T/H Chamber -20 to 150C (QTY: 4) 5. Specimen basket for small samples for SH-222 Benchtop T/H Chamber -20 to 150C (QTY: 8) 6. Freight cost (QTY:1) 7. Start-up and training for all 4 chambers done on same visit (QTY:1) The NAICS code for this action is 333415. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in Systems for Award Management. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: https://www.sam.gov/.
