RFP Description
Location: Washington, District of Columbia. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) is seeking quotes from qualified small business contractors to provide Travel Compliance Review and Advisory Support Services. The contractor shall review current fiscal year FMCS travel transactions made available by the Government, including travel vouchers, travel authorizations, receipts, approvals, supporting documentation, and related travel charge card information, to assess compliance with the Federal Travel Regulation, applicable Federal guidance, and FMCS internal travel policies and procedures. For planning and pricing purposes, FMCS estimates approximately 460 travel vouchers for each six-month period. This estimate is provided for planning purposes only and does not represent a guaranteed quantity. The requirement is anticipated to be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price purchase order with a six-month base period and three six-month option periods. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 541211. Award will be made on a best value basis considering Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Quoters shall review all attachments and submit quotes in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, Evaluation Criteria and Submission Instructions, Vendor Quote Sheet, and Past Performance Questionnaire.
