RFP Description

Location: Kadena AB. The Government has a requirement to procure, deliver, and install a Fire Station Alerting and Alarm (FSAA) System. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, software, and labor to ensure a fully operational and integrated FSAA. Full technical specifications and performance requirements are outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Attached are the RFQ, PWS, Price Breakdown sheet, and Brand Name Justification and Approval. Questions are due by 12 June 2026 at 11:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST). Responses are due by 30 June 2026 at 11:00 AM JST. Note: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
