RFP Description

Location: Washington, District of Columbia. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) MARKET RESEARCH ONLY 1. Purpose This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for market research and planning purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. This notice: - Is NOT a solicitation - Does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ) - Does NOT obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract Responses are voluntary and will be used to determine acquisition strategy, including potential small business set-aside decisions. 2. Requirement Overview The Government is seeking information from qualified vendors for the following: Project Area: Federal Bureau of Prisons Women and Special Populations Branch (WASPB) Objective: The FBOP is seeking someone to develop and deliver a comprehensive trauma-informed training program that is responsive to womens needs for executive leadership. 3. Set-Aside Market Research The Government is conducting market research to determine the availability of capable small business concerns and to support a potential set-aside decision in accordance with FAR Part 19 4.
