RFP Description
Location: Massachusetts. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to construct a new drainage basin in the outflow of parking lot drains, Mansfield Hollow Dam, Mansfield, CT. This includes the excavation of existing material, inlaying of erosion prevention material, installation of a gravel base layer and final top layer of small rip rap stone. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
