RFP Description
Location: Georgia. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). This acquisition supports modernization of Building 10 (central plant) at the CDC Roybal Campus in Atlanta, Georgia. The objective is to provide complete design-build services to replace aging chilled-water plant equipment, improve electrical and controls infrastructure, maintain continuity of campus operations during phased execution, and deliver a fully commissioned and documented facility.
