RFP Description

Location: Lompoc, California. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The 30th Contracting Squadron (30 CONS), intends to utilize this Request for Quotation (RFQ), under solicitation number FA4610-26-Q-0034, to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Government intends to award one contract to the responsible Offeror whose quotation represents the Best Value to the Government. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. For this acquisition, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 Other Computer Related Services and the small business size standard is $34 Million. All prospective Offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. Description of Requirement. Provide SLD 30 Base Chapel with an experienced Audio/Visual (A/V) Technician to manage technical support for Sunday services, ensuring a seamless worship experience for both in-person and online congregants. The technicians primary responsibilities include setting up and testing all A/V equipment, managing the live audio mix using a DL32S Mackie Mixer, and operating cameras for the Facebook Live stream. This role involves proactive troubleshooting during services and proper equipment shutdown afterward. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in live audio mixing and video streaming and be able to work independently in a dynamic environment. The objective is to acquire a base year of IT Services with 3 12-month option years. Please see the attached Statement of Work for detail. Period of Performance (PoP). The PoP for this base contract will be 12 months from award, with 3 12-month option years. Contract Line Items (CLIN) Please see attached pricing sheet for CLIN breakdown.
