RFP Description
Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. See AMENDMENT 0001 published 8 November 2022. Changes are highlighted in yellow. *NOTE:* Requests for viewing CUI documents must be accompanied by the Contractor's JCP Certification Number and Cage Code. If your request is denied, you will need to re-request with your JCP Certification Number and Cade Code. The mission of the RTI Directorate is to develop and integrate command, control, communications, computers, cyber, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance technologies that enable information dominance and decisive lethality for the networked Soldiers. The RTI Directorate provides the U.S. Army with secure communications and networking technologies through research and development (R&D) innovations. This BAA invites industry to submit innovative science and technology (S&T) proposals that address the technical portfolio areas of the RTI Directorate: (1) Soldier & Platform Mission Equipment, (2) Spectrum Dominance & Intelligence, and (3) Advanced Technology.
