RFP Description
Location: Keyport, Washington. The General Services Administration, Office of Contracting Operations, Supply Chain Management Contracting Service Center is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a commercial item. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 (GSA Class Deviation RFO-2025-12). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is an All-or-None, Brand Name Only procurement. Solicitation number 447QSSC-26-Q-0187 is issued an as RFQ for the procurement of National Instruments (NI) PXI/PXIe test and measurement modules. The requirement includes: QTY (1) - 787358-01 PXIE-6509, 96-CH 5V/TTL/CMOS (24MA) DIGITAL I/O MODULE QTY (1) - 780587-48 NI PXIe-2748 3 GHz 16x1 Multiplexer QTY (1) - 785117-01 PXIe-5433 PXI Waveform Generator, 80 MHz, 16 bits, 800 MS/s, 1 Channels, 512 MB QTY (1) - 778572-69 PXI-2569 PXI Relay Module, SPST (open), 100-Channel, 100 V, 1 A QTY (1) - 780587-24 PXIe-2524 2 A, Multi-bank Multiplexer (16 banks of 8x1, 1-wire) End item application: National Instruments PXIe-1084 PXI Express test rack ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. All delivery locations will be within the Continental United States and shipments must be compliant with MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling. Full delivery addresses will be provided on awarded Purchase Orders. Delivery addresses will either be disclosed at time PO is issued, or the vendor may be required to contact the GSA Transportation Department at time of shipment to obtain shipping information. Submit requests to dodtransportationrequest@gsa.gov. Prices are requested on a FOB Destination basis with offerors' best delivery lead time. Offerors who submit quotes must be registered to receive Purchase Orders via EDI, through OMS Vendor Portal, or be willing to onboard within 5 business days of award. To be considered for award, offerors must: Submit a complete, accurate, and fully compliant quote with all required documentation and completed fields. Submit a quote via email with all required documentation by the closing date and time stated in the solicitation. Offers received after the time specified in the solicitation will be deemed late. Acceptance of incomplete or late submissions is solely at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Offerors determined to have met all administrative and technical requirements of the RFQ by the solicitation closing date and time will proceed to the final evaluation factor, Price. If there is a tie on the lowest quoted price, DARO will be the tiebreaker. Award will be made on an all-or-none basis as a result of this RFQ.
