RFP Description
Location: Boyce, Louisiana. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS) is issuing this synopsis/solicitation notice as a means of complying with the USDAs policy in AGAR 412.201-1 (e)(3)(ii) Simplified Procedures. The USDA-FS intends on awarding a BPA Call Order against Vegetation Management Services (LA) BPA series: 12444224A0002, 12444223A0004-12444223A0008 and 12444223A0010 for Mechanical midstory reduction on Calcasieu Ranger District in Rapides Parish Louisiana This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to the approved companies eligible for call orders under Vegetation Management Services National Forests of Louisiana BPA series. There are currently seven incumbents. This requirement will be awarded as a BPA Call Order against the BPA. The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice.
