RFP Description

Location: Laurel Springs, North Carolina. The National Park Service (NPS) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to lease Bluffs Lodge, located at Milepost 241.1 along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The RFP describes the requirements. All responses must be received by the NPS by the date and time specified in the RFP, which is September 30, 2026, by 11:59 p.m. EDT, in order to be evaluated for this lease opportunity. Responses will only be accepted via the process explained in the RFP. The NPS will hold a site visit (exterior only) on July 15, 2026.
