RFP Description

Location: Pollock, Louisiana. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY Solicitations are not available currently. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the government. The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Emergency/Non-emergency Ambulance Services for the incarcerated inmate population at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) in Pollock, LA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621910 (Size Standard: $22.5 million). Services will be required from one of three separate facilities that are part of the correctional complex: Federal Prison Camp (FPC), Federal Correctional Institute (FCI) and United States Penitentiary (USP). Additional information regarding FCC Pollock and the Federal Bureau of Prison (BOP) may be located at www.bop.gov. The Contractor must also be available for emergency ambulance (ALS/BLS) and/or routine ambulance transport services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, including Federal holidays. For emergent transport, the Contractor must be on-site at the FCC Pollock within 15 minutes of request. The contract period will consist of a 12-month base period with four 12 month option periods for renewal. The contractor shall comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards. A government solicitation document to provide these services is being developed and a contract may or may not result. Market Research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, the government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the government. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The response date for the market survey is Friday, June 12, 2025. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone request or written requests for the market survey will be accepted.
