RFP Description
Location: Minot AFB, North Dakota. The 5th Contracting Squadron, Minot AFB, ND 58705, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Green Ammo LLC. The acquisition will be executed in accordance with RFO 12.201-1 and the justification requirements of RFO 12.102(b) for acquisitions valued over the SAT. See attached redacted Sole Source Justification for additional details. The requirement is to provide the following: CLIN 0001: 150 E-Blanks System Kit: M4 with 2 magazines PN: 850-001-00 CLIN 0002: 20 E-Blanks System Kit: M249 PN: 850-0001-01 CLIN 0003: 30 E-Blanks System Kit: M240 PN: 850-0001-02 CLIN 0004: 4 E-Blanks System Kit: M2 PN: 850-0001-06 CLIN 0005: 224 E-Sound Boosters PN: 850-0001-07 CLIN 0006: 11 Case M4_Squad_set-A PN: 550-0001-00 CLIN 0007: 10 Case Dual M249 PN: 550-0001-01 CLIN 0008: 15 Case Dual M240 PN: 550-0001-02 CLIN 0009: 6 M4 Service and Logistics (SaL) Rack and 1 M4 Magazine SaL Rack - PNs: 800-0014-00 / 800-0015-00 / 800-0017-00 CLIN 0010: Equipment Training CLIN 0011: Shipping This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal. However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement via email to marta.lange@us.af.mil no later than 15 June 2026 at 10:00AM Mountain Time. Any costs incurred in submitting a capabilities statement will not be reimbursed by the Government. Additionally, the information received will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct the procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
