RFP Description
Location: Palo Alto, California. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). This is a notice of intent to sole source a contract under the authority of RFO 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract is estimated for final completion by 06/15/2027. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334118: Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The FSC/PSC is 7G21: IT And Telecom - Network: Digital Network Products (Hardware and Perpetual License Software). The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and award a sole source, firm fixed price contract for the procurement of AutonoMe Hospital Environmental Control Unit to Accessibility Services Inc, 6241 S TEX PT, Homosassa, FL 34448-5923. There are no other sources of supply/service that will satisfy agency requirements. The VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) is seeking to procure the following: Qty Item Number Product Description 43 A10000F AutonoME PECU hospital system 1 Install Installation of the AutonoME system (includes installation and train-the-trainer training, unlimited remote technical support and a 2-year warranty on the products) 4 SERV0102 Annual Preventive Maintenance plan for AutonoME systems Any responsible source that feels it is capable in performing this requirement may submit a quote for the above listed items and describe and/or submit documentation to support your capabilities. The response will be considered by the agency. If you are not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), you must submit an authorized distributor letter signed by the OEM. If you are not the OEM and a small business, you must indicate in your response how you will comply with limitations on subcontracting and/or the non-manufacturer rule. Responses should be submitted to Alex Hernandez at Alex.Hernandez@va.gov no later than 72 hours prior to the close of solicitation to be considered. If no responses are received, the Government will continue with its sole source procurement, and a sole source Request for Quote will be published to contract opportunities in accordance with FAR 5.102.
