RFP Description

Location: Shreveport, Mississippi. Set-Aside: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set Aside. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6- Streamline Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Item. This solicitation is issued under authority of FAR 13, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 or some combination thereof. The solicitation number is 36C25626Q0853_1 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract action is for Ophthalmology Eye Lanes for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Applicable NAICS: 339112 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2023-01). Only emailed requests received directly from the requester will be accepted. Fully licensed company shall provide for the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC), Shreveport Louisiana 71101 RESPONSES ARE DUE Monday, June 15, 2026, by 3:00 p.m. CST. Quotes are due electronically to kimberly.anderson6@va.gov no later than the response date listed on FBO. Only electronic quotes will be considered. Phone calls will not be accepted, all question and or concerns must be submitted via email to kimberly.anderson6@va.gov by Wednesday June 10, 2026 by 12:00 p.m.!
