Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for A&E Structure Construction Engineering and Inspection Services for the San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge Paint Project (SFOBB) in District 4. The work shall be performed in California on the San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge Paint Project in District 4. Unless modified by Addenda, RFQ Requirements Question & Answer (Q&A's) must be received no later than seven (7) business days after RFQ advertisement. The estimated contract amount is $11,062,020.00 - $17,975,782.00. 5% DVBE Participation Goal Required. The estimated contract term is five (5) years. It is the responsibility of the consultants/subs/vendors to identify teams that may be submitting a Statement of Qualifications. The Department has no way of identifying companies or entities that have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes.
