56--Building Materials for Lava Beds National Monument

RFP Description

Location: California. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement for the National Park Service, Lava Beds National Monument for the supply and delivery of building supplies. The purpose of this Amendment no. 01 is to provide a specification drawing that was accidentally left out of the original solicitation package. Refer to Attachment 4 titled "Attachment 4 Specification Sketch-Drawing," newly added into the list of attachments below. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENTS: For each Amendment, fill in boxes 15a through 15c on the Standard Form 30 (SF-30) amendment forms and submit with quote. Acknowledging amendments is important because it confirms the Quoter's understanding of the complete solicitation package, as originally posted and as amended. THIS SYNOPSIS PAGE DOES NOT CONTAIN FULL DETAILS OF THE SOLICITATION. Quoters should refer to the complete solicitation package which includes the SF-1449 Solicitation form, Attachment 1 Terms Clauses Provisions, Attachment 2 List of Building Supplies, Attachment 3 Price and Provisions to Return with Quote, and Attachment 4 Specification Sketch-Drawing.
