RFP Description
One-Time Landscape cleanup and maintenance services at the Arleta DMV Field Office. Term: Thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. 1- Mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through is required. 2- Contractor must have: a C-27, Landscaping Contractor License, issued by the Contractors State License Board. Estimated budget cost $19,631.18. for three (3) year term. Current contractor and cost: Perfect Sight Landscaping. One time landscape cleanup service $850.00-one-time payment. Biweekly landscape Maintenance $555.00 for 52 services and yearly maintenance services $850.00 for 2 services. Total contract award $31,410.00 for twenty-four (24) month term
