Minimum laden speed shall be 13 knots and maximum length overall (LOA) not to exceed 825 feet. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of the delivery is Souda Bay, Greece; and the place/range of redelivery is Nordenham, Germany. The layday(s) commences/cancels on 17 August for the first charter and commences/cancels on 24 August 2026 for the second charter. The period of performance will be about 23 days for each chartered vessel. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as Unrestricted is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC Director of Small Business Programs concurred with this decision.
